Fresh Tradition Kit
"Fresh Tradition" was featured in American Patchwork and Quilting magazine, Feb. 2007 issue. This is your chance to make your own "Fresh Tradition" in a quilt using authentic feedsack pieces. The pattern for the large quilt is given in the magazine, and if you are thrifty and save your scraps, the doll quilt (the pattern is on their web page) can also be made. Feedsack Fancy Kit
Soft and pretty, glowing with sunshine yellow, this feedsack quilt is easy to piece and fun to quilt. The finished quilt measures 38" x 50", and is made up of 47 different vintage feedsack squares and my reproduction solid yellow "Honey” from Robert Kaufman Fabrics.
You will receive 47 different 5" squares of feedsack and enough yellow solid for the quilt top, borders and binding.

This quilt was first published in the Aug. 2003 issue of Am. Patchwork and Quilting, and also found in my Granny Quilts Decor! book. It is made up from 48 different 6" squares of authentic vintage feedsacks, and my reproduction "Aloe" green solid fabric from Robert Kaufman.
